Part 3 - Non-Residents

  • (a) In the case of the purchase of the exclusive rights of burial in a grave by any person who at the time of purchase was not residing within the parish of Keyworth, such of the foregoing fees and charges as may be applicable will be doubled.
  • (b) In the case of the burial of the body, or the cremated remains of a person who at the time of death was not residing within the parish of Keyworth, such of the foregoing fees and charges will be doubled.
  • (c) The above surcharges will not apply in the case of a person who was formerly a resident of Keyworth within 10 years of the date of death.
