Keyworth Connection is the regular service to Nottingham operated by Trent Barton buses. Buses run every quarter of an hour during the day on weekdays with an hourly service in the evenings. Sunday is mainly hourly with a half hourly service in the afternoon. Late night buses are run at the weekends.

Dunn Line service No 29 run four trips on weekdays from Keyworth to Nottingham via Stanton, Kinoulton, Cotgrave and other South Notts villages.

Dunn Line service No 63 from the Queen's Medical Centre to Bingham run through the village with seventeen trips Monday – Friday.

Notts and Derby buses run a daily shoppers bus to Asda, West Bridgford and Morrisons
