Christmas Lights
Keyworth's Christmas lights (see pictures below) are switched on at the beginning of December; there are usually some fifty-five trees/sets of lights at various locations around the village, and various local businesses make a contribution towards costs. There is normally a festive gathering in the square at the beginning of December, with carol singing, charity stalls, mulled wine, soft drinks, mince pies etc...and Santa making an appearance whenever his busy schedule allows.
Keep any eye on the homepage in November/December for further details.
