Cllr Liz Chmara

I was co-opted onto the Parish Council in September 2003. My particular interests are environmental issues, health and education, the elderly and ways in which they are catered for in the community.

I have a strong belief in supporting local activities and events and was very active in both Crossdale and South Wolds during those years when our three sons attended these schools. I also supported group leaders of the Beavers, Cubs and Scouts, as well as the Scout Committee in their various fund-raising activities and local events.

As a Health Promotion Consultant I work with Primary Care Trusts, local authorities, youth groups and a cross section of organisations, companies, agencies and target groups.

I am a member of Keyworth Arts and have lived in Keyworth, having grown up in Nottingham, for 26 years.
