KEYWORTH HORTICULTURAL, ARTS & CRAFTS SHOW

This annual event takes place in the Village Hall on the day of the Keyworth Show, normally the second Saturday of July. In the past it was an independently run event, however since the demise of the KPFA it is now an integral part of the main show and contributes to the day's activities, entertainment and income that goes to community projects.

The Horticultural Show is run by a small committee whose members have varying interests. Work on organisation commences early in the year. Classes are selected, judges nominated and support for prizes and administration is sought from local commercial organisations.

Around 90 classes are specified and entries are displayed in the Village Hall on the morning of show day. Cups and prizes are awarded and given out at the end of the day, presented by a well known member of the Keyworth community.

Helpers on the day are always much appreciated. For more information and details go to www.keyworthshow.com or e-mail horticultural@keyworthshow.com
