About Keyworth
Keyworth is located some six miles south-east of West Bridgford, with good access to the A46. The population has remained fairly stable over recent years at around 7,500. The village possesses a full range of local facilities including a health centre, post office, village hall, churches, nursery and primary schools. For daily requirements, there are shops in the centre of the village, including a general store, supermarkets, newsagent, butchers, chemists, hairdressers, bank, estate agents, public houses, restaurants, and take-aways. There are also playing fields, which offer outdoor sports facilities and a leisure centre with a swimming pool. A frequent bus service to Nottingham is also available.
