South Notts R.D.A. is a small and informal group who meet every Wednesday morning during term time only at Lings Lane Riding Stables, Keyworth.
Marjorie and Tim generously allow us to use their facilities and provide four/five excellent beginner's ponies with a quiet temperament but bags of character.
Poppy, Dawn, Tyler and Barney are old hands at the R.D.A. routine. Candy is the new pony on the block and like her stable companions loves to nudge your pockets looking for treats. Our helpers are a mix of people who love the outdoors in the company of horses and children.
Previous experience with horses is not a problem as training is available.
Without volunteers we are unable to offer our children the opportunity to interact with the ponies.
