ROTARY CLUB OF KEYWORTH AND RUDDINGTON
The emphasis of membership is embodied in the Rotary motto 'Service above Self' which seeks to work at Local, National and International level by promoting projects which benefit the community, disadvantaged groups and individuals, as well as the fostering of international understanding, goodwill and peace.
We organise charity events in the area, including musical concerts, golf days and, with the assistance of Santa and his sleigh, our regular Christmas street collections. Members have participated in Youth training weekends, job interviews and helped with competitions in music and public speaking for local schools. We are also involved in the support of International scholarships for older students seeking to develop their skills both overseas and here in the UK.
