SOUTH NOTTS SHOKOTAN KARATE CLUB
The club was established in Keyworth in 1985 to foster and develop the art, sport and practice of Shokotan karate in Keyworth. The club emphasises a balanced development of karate technique taught within a system that instils confidence and self-control. The club is affiliated to the Karate Union of Great Britain and Karate England. We welcome children (minimum age 8 years), young people and adults who wish to take up an effective martial art. The instructor is a 4th Dan black belt and heads a team of assistant instructors, ranging from 1st to 3rd Dan.
Meetings take place at Keyworth Leisure Centre on Friday evenings and Sunday mornings.
