Keyworth Parish Council is looking to employ a part-time (16/20 hours per week) Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, administration and improvement of Parish Council buildings and facilities. The job would also entail deputising for other Council staff on occasions, and taking minutes at some meetings (normally Monday evenings).

The successful applicant would need good interpersonal, clerical and IT skills, and a willingness to accept responsibility and work unsupervised. Local knowledge and risk/ project management experience would also be advantages.
